How the ATM fraud could be reduced?

Let's suggest some creative solutions that would help increase ATM security and reduce our risk as ATM users.

You know because in Europe already have scanners, retina and fingerprints.
After all, you can assign each card a number and write it personal data.
You can also make virtual cards.
