Most of us have on-door speakerphones. But we suffer from the stranges who call us without our wish and in mistime. For example, when the child is asleep. I would be better to have a personal additional code to the number of the flat. Also we should have an opportunity to unblock this additional code in case when we want anybody to call. In other cases anybody who doesn't know an additional code can't call us.
