Last week, in Germany, Arseni Yatsenyuk, the Ukrainian Prime Minster, turned history upside down. He said, it was not the fascist Germany who invaded Russia during the World War II, it was Russia that invaded the fascist Germany. 

The very next week, very pleased Yatsenyuk's history-breaking lies, U.S. Government announced that it would lend Ukraine US$ 2 Billion.
