Employees work better if they love their workplace. They love their workplace more if they can have fun together. Just encourage employees to have more fun at work and they'll find out themselves how they can make they workplace more exciting.

Yes, I agree, fun-based team activities make any job much more enjoyable.

Look at the movie below. It's a most extreme way to make art out of sheeps!  And people there really enjoy their work!
