Trial Version of Office Files

Quite often we need to send a trial version of a Word, PowerPoint or other office file that could be used freely for a certain period of time and gets automatically password protected afterwards prompting a person to buy it or do some other prescribed action.

For instance, when a potential client may be willing to buy a training from me, I wish to send him a PowerPoint file with the training materials so he could evaluate it. But I want this file to get automatically deactivated aftrewards.
