At conferences, many speakers exceed the time limit. As a result, the audience get bored and other speakers have less time to speak. Chairmen are often too shy to stop a speaker.

The Alarm for Speakers would do this work. Like a street light, it would have three lights: Green - you have enough time; Yellow - 3 minutes left; Red - your mike will be turned off in 1 minute

Remote control allows the Chairman to (1) set the time limit; (2) start the timer; (3) change the time limit.
