Most of us have been in a situation, when we felt, that we wanted to eat something certain, but we didn’t understand, what it was.

It could be, that our organism was giving us a sign, that one significant element was on it’s limit!

I suggest to create a set of natural extracts (20-30), each drawn out from the product, in which the nutrient’s concentration is the highest.

After taking a sniff of every extract we could look through the number of products, that also contain this element.

To those, who haven’t found the necessary smell, may calm themselves – their organism contains enough of every nutrient it really needs! It’s only a sensation, that you need not pay much attention to ;)
